The BMW X3 (G45) is the fourth generation of BMW’s popular compact luxury SUV, launched in 2024 with a comprehensively updated design and technology platform built on the BMW CLAR architecture. The 20d xDrive variant is powered by a 1995cc turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine with 48V mild-hybrid assistance, producing 197 PS and 400 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed ZF Steptronic automatic gearbox and xDrive all-wheel drive. The G45 generation has grown in all dimensions over the outgoing G01, measuring 4,755 mm in length with a 2,865 mm wheelbase, offering a larger boot of 570 litres and a significantly upgraded interior featuring BMW’s latest Panoramic Vision head-up display and a 14.9-inch touchscreen running iDrive 9.
